To submit a nomination for one of the three categories of ORION Awards, download and complete the appropriate submission form below.
Along with any supporting documentation (optional), email your submission form to tamara.stoll@orion.on.ca or send it to ORION Awards, 34 King Street East, Suite 800, Toronto, Ontario M5C 2X8, to the attention of Tamara Stoll.
