Our Mission is to enhance access to research and learning, knowledge breakthroughs and scientific discoveries that will make Ontario a more competitive knowledge-based economy supporting high value job creation, and to improve the quality of life for all citizens now and into the future.

Our Mandate is to link researchers, educators, scientists and learners in Ontario to one another and colleagues around the world, and facilitate network resources and support so that they can advance research, innovation, learning, knowledge, technology development, creativity and scientific discovery.
