Technology and innovation among themes of Broadband 2003 conference

Up to 300 delegates are expected for this year’s Broadband for Connected Communities Conference, hosted by Connect Hamilton and the Ministry of Enterprise, Opportunity and Innovation, November 16 to 18, 2003. “Technology and Innovation” and “Programs and Best Practices” are the key themes.

Broadband for Connected Communities in Ontario 2003 will attract community representatives who are looking to discuss relevant issues and ideas surrounding broadband community applications and infrastructure.

A number of industry partners will also be on hand to highlight relevant products and services at the trade show. Do not miss this valuable opportunity for your company to gain frontline exposure and recognition within the broadband community by sponsoring one of our worthwhile events.

Executive Director of Hamilton Connects and Conference Chair Shannon McKay says the Technology and Innovation stream will focus on existing and forthcoming technologies applicable to broadband infrastructure and applications, while Programs and Best Practices will include presentations on the various government-funded programs supporting networks/information infrastructure and applications as well as successful project implementation.
