Our air conditioning system is now operational again. We are proceeding with the next phase of restarting the equipment in our PoP.
We will provide our next update before 9pm today.

The air conditioning problem will be resolved soon. At that point, our engineering team will commence rebooting the PoP. Once we have confirmed successful re-initialization, notification will be provided.

An HVAC contractor is currently on site to repair the Toronto PoP air conditioning system in order to get our network equipment back online.
We are working to have our network operational again ASAP. In parallel, we continue to work on alternative resolution paths.

ORION network services (R&E and Internet) have been impacted due to an air conditioning failure at our suite in Toronto Front Street. Our staff is currently working on a resolution and we will let you know when we have an update.
