As we look forward to the New Year, ORION has many exciting initiatives in the works. As Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances my team and I are looking forward to continuing to work with our partners and clients to improve ORION’s services and engage them in the important discussions we have throughout the year.
One event we are holding which I am pleased to announce is our upcoming “Future of K-12” workshop, on January 22, 2013 at the MaRS Discovery District in downtown Toronto. This one day workshop will focus on understanding how Ontario’s K-12 education community will take e-learning to the next level. The event will also feature guest speaker Karen Grose, Coordinating Superintendent, Toronto District School Board and author of “Flash Forward! Rethinking Learning.”
